Congratulations,
Your child have been selected for admission to KG1 & KG 2 of
this school for the academic session commencing on 9th April 2004.
You
are advised to collect the admission form the main campus at Gurukul
Marg, SFS, Mansaroar and submit alongwith the necessary fees by 27 December,
2003, failing which this offer of admission will be treated as
cancelled.
Ist
instalment of fees

The first instalment of fees is to be paid in cash while the fees for
the 2nd, 3rd and the 4th terms (Rs. 2900 for each term) are to be paid
by account payee advance cheques payable 3rd July 2004, 3rd Oct. 2004
and 3rd January 2005. These cheques are to be deposited with the office
alongwith the first instalment of fees.
You have to bring three passport size photographs of the child (if not
deposited) alongwith an attested photocopy of his/her birth certificate
to be deposited with the office.
Uniforms
and books etc. will be available from the IIS Book Shop. The details
will be communicated later.
If
you want your child to avail the school conveyance facility please
deposit conveyance charges @ 400/- per month (Applicable to Mansarovar,
Nirman Nagar and Shyam Nagar residents only)

The
school timings are from 9:00 am to 12.30 pm. You have to send the child
to school on the 9th April 2004 with a proper identification tag so that
he/she does not face any problem while boarding back the bus.
Kindly
note that no extension is possible in the date of fee deposit.
The
fees once deposited will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Outstation
cheques are not accepted.
