Ms. Manju Nair, Asst. Prof. IIIM, had her article 'How to Appraise and Reward Teams' published in Human Capital, an exclusive HR Magazine. This article gives an insight on 'How to reward high performers in a non-performing team and non-performers in a high performing team'. It also discusses the strategies to reward and appraise teams.

• Ms. Ruby Dwivedi, Asst. Prof. IIIM, presented a paper on 'HR's new Frontiers' in 55th All India Commerce Conference hosted by Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur on 18th, 19th and 20th October 2002.

• Ms. Swati V. Chande and Ms. Archana Sharma, Asst. Professors IIIM, jointly authored an article on 'Expert Systems', describing the concept, structure and application of these systems. This article was published in the November 2002 issue of the IT, an information technology magazine.
