Rakhi Making Competition in IIS Gurukul August 18, 2007 Rakhi Making Competition was organized by N.S.S Unit I & II on Sadbhawna Diwas for IIS Gurukul students. The students of grade 6, 7 & 8 participated with great zeal. These hand made Rakhis will be sent to the soldiers who risk their lives to protect us and the nation. |

August 25, 2007 A two hour Mithai Box and Rakhi Puja Thali Decoration activity was organized in IIS Gurukul. The students of grade 6, 7 and 8 participated enthusiastically. The girls exhibited their talent and creativity by skillfully turning a simple box into a decorative piece. The activity was enriching for the students as they learned the importance of effective creation and presentation using all waste products. |
