The following candidates are selected for provisional admission to the courses mentioned hereunder.

They have to deposit the following documents along with the required fees by Monday the 23^rd June, 2003 (between 9:00 am and 2.00 pm), failing which this offer of admission will stand cancelled.

The admission is being granted subject to the condition that the candidate fulfills all eligibility norms of the University of Rajasthan. The college will not be responsible if the University does not hold good the eligibility of the candidate.

Documents to be submitted

1.                  Two unattested photographs

(names and Registration number to be written on the back of the photographs)

2.                  Original Marksheet of class XII along with two attested copies.

3.                  Migration Certificate in original along with two attested copies. (not required in case of Rajasthan Board candidates).

4.                  Original Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.

5.                  Original Character certificate from the institution last attended.

6.                  An OMR sheet to be collected from the college office and returned at the time of depositing the fees.

IMPORTANT

A)    Fees once paid shall not be refunded.

B)    Outstation cheques not accepted.

C)   The first installment  of fees has to be paid in cash.
