To celebrate the day as a tribute to the services of those who strive hard to build the future of the nation, students of India International School and International College for Girls organised two separate programmes in the campus.
Dr. Ashok Gupta addressed the students saying that this is a solemn occasion to commend and extol the visionary leadership of our Late President Dr. S. Radhakrishnan who had nurtured the edifice of educations and erudition in the country. He thanked all the students for organising such beautiful programmes and all the staff members for their undying love and support in taking the Institutions to new heights everyday. Dr. Ashok Gupta, on behalf of the management, honoured Ms. Nidhi Mishra & Ms. Shveta Mehra from the school, Dr. Radha Kashyap & Ms. Pratibha Mishra from the college, Ms. Swati V. Chade from IIIM and Ms. Smita Neeraj from IIS-CIT for their outstanding contribution to the institutions. Mr. Ritesh Mandawara, Mr. Sanjay Sharma & Mr. Abhishek Sharma were felicitated with special appreciation of their services to the IIS group of institutions.
Student of IIS were more than excited to take blessings from their beloved teachers and left no stone unturned, no deed undone to make them feel special this day. Crowning the teachers with interesting and meaningful titles, IISians also performed brilliantly to express their love towards them. Be traditional folk dances or musical Antakshari with teachers, all performed to enthusiastically. They also presented an entertaining skit which displayed very well how teachers play an important role in guiding the student's life in a right direction.
The young girls of ICG weren't far behind. With the enchanting cultural programme they presented before the teachers, they proved their undying love for them. "A teacher is the one who sure does aim for success and enhancement,  not for himself but for his students."- the students seemed thoroughly believing these lines. Folk dances  and Teachers’ Quiz were like bonus add-ons with the stylishly presented musical skit "Star Parivar".
With the banner of ‘Traditions’ high, ICGians made the teachers feel themselves on the top of the world. The glorious day wouldn't have been complete with the beautifully presented "Kal ho na ho' by Dr. Ashok Gupta.

And the students were blessed by one and all ....... as always.
