 ‘PANACHE’ -  ANNUAL DAY JUBILATIONS AT IIS
 
18 November 2019: Jaipur: Kshipra Path situated India International School celebrated its Annual Day on the theme ‘IISian’s Diary- Iss paar se uss paar’ on Monday at Birla Auditorium. Amidst great zest, vibrancy and life being propelled into reverberating celebrations, IAS, Sh. Pawan Arora, Commissioner- Rajasthan Housing Board graced the occasion as Chief Guest on the occasion. Among other dignitaries present were Alumni as the special guests and Parents.

The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Hon’ble Chief Guest escorted by the other dignitaries, school Director and the Principal. This was followed by Vandana. The Director, Mr. Ashok Gupta welcomed the guests. School Principal, Ms Mala Agnihotri presented the progressive Annual report of the school. This was followed by the Awards Ceremony, where the Hon’ble Chief Guest gave away prizes to the meritorious pupils of the school under various categories.
The Cultural programme was a showcasing of how a child is nurtured at IIS in every field grooming her into a successful, caring, sensitive and responsible human being. The audience witnessed that a true IISian overcomes all challenges with ease, has strong ethos and handles emotional upheavels, and at the end emerges as a balanced individual. The cultural fiesta, also dedicated to IIS Alumni very well proved their happy and inspiring journey. Theme based dances; both western and folk captivated the audience. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion with the synchronized dance movements of the little ones and the young ones to the foot tapping music.
The Chief Guest was superlative in his appreciation of the students’ efforts and the spectacular show put up by the students. He lauded the relentless hard work done by students and blessed them. Head Girl, Nishtha Khunteta presented memento to the Chief Guest as a token of love and gratitude.
The school Director, Dr Ashok Gupta applauded the students efforts and was appreciative of the cultural fiesta. The Vote of thanks was proposed by the Vice- Principal, Ms Nidhi Mishra. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
