The 14th North India Regional Conference, in collaboration with the India Development Coalition of America (IDCA), was held on March 7-8, 2025, themed “Innovative Practices to Mitigate Poverty and Climate Change in India.” The event featured insightful discussions on sustainable development and contributions from changemakers working toward societal upliftment.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Guest of Honour Padma Shri Laxman Singh, Secretary of Gram Vikas Nav Yuvak Mandal Lapodiya (GVNML), and keynote speaker Mr. Avinash Sharma, Director-Sales at Spasibo Waste Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Mohan Jain, Founder & Trustee of IDCA, emphasized holistic solutions to combat poverty and climate change. Padma Shri Laxman Singh shared Lapodiya village’s water harvesting “Chauka” system, while Mr. Avinash Sharma presented Spasibo’s waste management tools for the hospitality industry.
Three technical sessions covered critical topics:

The conference concluded with IIIM students' NGO field project presentations on citizenship and social entrepreneurship. Among 35 project presentations, the top 3 were awarded cash prizes of Rs. 7000, Rs. 5000, and Rs. 3000 respectively. The winners were:
