The Art of Leadership

Institute organized a workshop on ‘The Art of Leadership’on March, 12,2025. The workshop emphasized the importance of leadership qualities such as vision, effective communication, and the power of influence in driving positive change.

The resource person wasDr. Ramesh K. Arora, Retired, Professor of Public Administration at the University of Rajasthan and Chairman of the Management Development Academy, Jaipur.

Dr. Arora shared his vast knowledge and experience, drawing from his distinguished academic career. He engaged participants in interactive activities designed to reflect the qualities of effective leadership and the roles of leaders and subordinates. These exercises allowed students to understand the practical aspects of leadership, including empathy, integrity, and purpose-driven leadership.

Dr. Arora's inspiring session left a lasting impact on the participants, equipping them with valuable insights to excel as future leaders. The workshop also saw the generous contribution of 150 leadership books authored by Dr. Arora, sponsored by the S K Foundation, further supporting students on their leadership journeys.
