On April 1, 2025 IIIM, in collaboration with E-Igniters, IIIM’s E-Cell, TEIIC, and IIC, hosted an impactful workshop titled ‘BizDesign: From Idea to Execution’. This initiative aimed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs by imparting the knowledge and skills necessary to transform innovative concepts into scalable business ventures.

The event brought together renowned experts to deliver insightful sessions:

 Prof. Sheetal Mundra, Professor JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur conducted a thought-provoking session on Design Thinking, highlighting a structured, user-centric approach to innovation. She introduced the Double Diamond Model, systematically guiding participants through the pivotal stages of empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing to address complex business challenges effectively.

Ms. Anadi Trikha, Assistant Professor, Manipal University delivered an in-depth session on Business Plan Development, encompassing critical aspects such as market analysis, financial planning, and strategic execution. Her session emphasized the importance of crafting a clear, actionable roadmap to drive sustainable business growth and success.

The workshop was enriched by interactive discussions, practical case studies, and engaging hands-on exercises, enabling participants to gain real-world insights into the entrepreneurial journey.
