IIM Students Drive Digital Transformation Through Strategic Marketing Initiatives
In a collaborative effort led by IIIM, along with E-Igniters (IIIM’s Entrepreneurship Cell), TEIIC (The E-Igniters Incubation Centre), the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), and Genesis: The Marketing Club, a dynamic student research presentation event was held on May 14 and 17, 2025.
This initiative served as a bridge between academia and industry, challenging student teams to conduct comprehensive, data-driven market research aimed at enhancing IIIM’s digital outreach and online presence. The experiential project enabled students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world marketing challenges using tools such as Google Trends, SEO platforms, and social media analytics dashboards. Each team proposed actionable strategies to increase IIIM’s online visibility. A key component of the initiative was the design and execution of a live digital campaign, followed by performance assessments and user feedback analysis.
