Breaking Barriers, Building Dreams – From Idea to Impact 

IIIM Jaipur, in collaboration with E-Igniters (IIIM’s E-Cell), TEIIC (The Incubation Cell), and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), hosted an insightful session with Ms. Nikita Shekhawat, Founder of Jaipur Basta.

She shared how Jaipur Basta originated as a college project and gradually transformed into a purpose-driven brand that empowers artisans, promotes sustainability, and connects with customers globally. Despite having no design background and limited resources, she managed challenges by starting small, learning continuously, and building trust with artisans.

Ms. Shekhawat highlighted the importance of overcoming fear, taking action without overthinking, and utilizing college years as the ideal time to explore entrepreneurship. Her journey inspired students to test ideas, tell their stories, and pursue innovation with confidence.

The session reflected the spirit of resilience and entrepreneurship, leaving participants motivated to turn their ideas into impactful ventures.
