Safe Spaces, Strong Voices: Understanding POSH

On September 9, 2025, IIIM organized an insightful session on “Safe Spaces, Strong Voices: Understanding POSH”. The session was led by Ms. Eva Saxena from Saksham Foundation, Beggars Rehabilitation Center, who emphasized the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces. Through engaging discussions, she highlighted the legal framework of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, the role of awareness in prevention, and the responsibility of individuals and institutions in fostering dignity and equality. The session encouraged students to be more mindful, responsible, and proactive in building safe professional spaces.
