IIIM, in collaboration with E-Igniters, ISIM’s E-cell, TEIIC – The Incubation Cell, and the Institution’s Innovation Council, organised the Internal Smart India Hackathon (SIH) on September 20, 2025. The purpose of SIH is to foster innovation, creativity, and problem-solving by giving students a platform to design technology-driven solutions for real-world challenges.

The judging panel comprised eminent experts: Mr. Vivek Khandelwal, Associate Architect, KIPI.AI, Mr. Akshat Azad, Technical IT Manager, Bounteous Accolite Ltd. and Mr. Rohit Bansal, Deputy Director, DOIT&C (Department of Information Technology & Communication). The teams were evaluated on creativity, innovation, technical soundness, feasibility, and potential social or commercial impact. The event witnessed participation from 25 teams.

After rigorous assessment, the winners were announced. The Winning Team from MBA included Ms. Samiksha, Ms. Kalpana Saini, Mr. Abhijeet Dixit, Ms. Simran Manoj Peswani, Mr. Farhan Khan, and Mr. Jatin Agarwal . The Runners-up Team from MCA comprised Mr. Rishir Tiwari, Ms. Shreya Khandelwal, Ms. Vartika Mathur, Ms. Kanak Sharma, Mr. Aman Agarwal and Ms. Diya Saini. The Second Runner-up Team from MBA featured Mr. Chetan Tiwari, Ms. Kashish Hingorani, Mr. Arjun Ballabh Jarthal, Mr. Sajid Qureshi, Mr. Sparsh Vijay, and Mr. Deepak Jain.

The event showcased remarkable ingenuity and reinforced IIIM’s commitment to nurturing innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world problem-solving among students.
