IIIM Jaipur Concludes 'Gear Up' Pre-Onboarding Programme

The International School of Informatics and Management (IIIM), Jaipur, successfully concluded its three-day 'Gear Up – Pre-Onboarding Programme' for newly admitted BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA students from July 16–18. Designed around the theme "Journey Before the Journey" the initiative prepared students for academic life through experiential learning, self-discovery, collaboration, and leadership development.

The programme commenced on IIIM Foundation Day with the theme "Roots to Rhythm." Students participated in energetic activities such as Beat Drop Zumba, the IIIM Legacy Podcast featuring inspiring alumni interactions, a lively Jamming Session, and a symbolic Hand Wall Painting activity celebrating their entry into the IIIM family.

The second day, "The Compass" focused on personal growth and relationship-building through Twin Hearts Meditation and Strangers to Squad, an interactive team-building session that strengthened communication, trust, and collaboration among students.

On the final day, "The Map" students engaged in Know Your Coordinates, a one-on-one mentoring session with IIIM alumni, receiving valuable guidance on career aspirations and personal development. The programme concluded with Geared Up – Closing Reflection, where students reflected on their three-day journey and envisioned their academic future.

A daily Network Round encouraged meaningful interactions, helping students expand their peer and professional networks.

Through this unique pre-onboarding initiative, IIIM Jaipur reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing confident, collaborative, and future-ready professionals by providing students with a strong foundation before the start of their academic journey.
